Who owns the grid

What the top 3 does differently
We put your client next to the average of the top 3 on things you can change.
- Number of reviews and how fast new ones come in.
- Primary and additional categories.
- Number of photos.
- Claimed profile, yes or no.
- Opening hours filled in.
From gap to action
Every gap becomes a line on the to-do list, in plain language. For example: "You have 34 reviews, the top 3 average 120. Ask for 10 a month." In the product the figures come from the scan.

We store totals only, such as review count and average rating. No reviewer names.
